Is my online payment secure? TOP
Absolutely. All of our payments are processed securely through PayPal, a trusted, secure credit card processor.

Can I still pay using PayPay even if I don't have a PayPal account? TOP
Yes. All payments may be made through PayPal. You do not need an account to make a payment, you will be directed to another page where you can make your payment without having a PayPal account.

When will my order be shipped? TOP

There is a processing time on all orders. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Larger orders may take longer (usually 5-10 business days). Please understand that orders are filled in the order they are received.Our business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.  Rush orders are not being accepted at this time.

Do you accept international orders? TOP
Yes. We currently accept international orders. You will choose your destination on the checkout page and your shipping will be added. All international orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate fee. Small orders will be shipped in a small Priority mailing box and larger orders will be shipped in Medium and Large flat rate boxes at the current fee (visit www.usps.com for priority mailing fees).

How will my order be packaged? TOP

Your hair accessories will arrive to you attached to our hair bow cards wrapped in tissue paper. All other items will be wrapped in tissue paper as well. Your order will be shipped in a sturdy mailing box to your destination.

What should I know about your products? TOP
All of our products are crafted in a pet-free, smoke-free studio. Each hair bow and hair clip is made using high-quality ribbon and embellishments. Great care is taken to assemble your hair accessory, but some items do contain small parts and adult supervision is required. All ribbon accessories have been heat-sealed to prevent fraying for lasting durability.

What is your refund/return policy? TOP

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchase. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products. Your satisfaction is our goal, however, if there is an error on our part, we will issue a store credit upon return of merchandise. This store credit may be used at any time (no further shipping fees will be incurred, and credit will be rounded up to nearest dollar).
